Builder Rank T&Cs

The Builder rank is a rank designed for players to make events or custom builds more manageable with features that include NoClip, extended Physgun permissions, and the in-game Item Panel (similar to the Spawn Menu in singleplayer.)

To obtain this rank, you must first fill out the forum form and describe, in detail, the purpose of your build and why the rank is necessary. This rank is reserved for the most trusted players who are capable of creating high-quality builds, so even if your event or build is valid, it may be denied if the staff team deem you or any partners untrustworthy.

By obtaining the privilege of the Builder Rank, you agree that:

• You have received no punishments within the last 2 weeks of obtaining the rank
• You will not leave the event area using the NoClip feature
• You will not use your Physics Gun to leverage players, items or props in a manner that is considered intrusive or destructive to other players' experience
• You will not use the Item Panel to spawn ammunition, holiday items, explosives, weapons, weapon attachments or crafting components unless permission is given from a supervising member of staff
• You will not barricade or block any area unless permission is given from a supervising member of staff
• You are confident in your ability to control an event and answer questions you may receive from players wishing to participate.

Failure to agree to the above terms will result in immediate, indefinite blacklist from the Builder rank and the server.
