How to create Crystal Meth
Cooking meth is a high-risk, high-reward criminal activity. It carries a much heavier risk than producing other drugs due to the volatile nature of the process. There is a significant risk of explosions, and a lot of equipment and ingredients are required.
> Recommendation: It is highly recommended that you only begin producing meth once you have a decent financial safety net.
However, assuming you are able to fund the start-up costs, meth is a great way to make money and can go as far as doubling your hourly profit from drugs.
Prerequisites & Equipment
First of all, you will need to craft some equipment. To craft most of the items listed, you will need a minimum Crafting Level of 8. If you don’t meet this prerequisite, find someone you trust who does to craft it for you.

Fuel Requirement:
Per beaker, you will need just under half of a Propane Tank.
- If doing a full batch (2 beakers) at once, you will need 2 Propane Tanks, both with at least half of the propane left.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Setup
Place your Cookers & Distillation Kits on the chemical table and turn the cookers on. Attach your Erlenmeyer Flasks to the distillation kits.
2. Distillation (Safe Stage)
Click 'Add Ingredients', then add your Sudafed/Ephedrine and Ethyl Ether to each distillation kit.

Set the power to 5.

Wait until you can use the 'Collect Contents' button.

This stage has no risk of explosion.
3. Mixing
Take off your distillation kits and place your Beakers on the cookers.

Add your Distilled Sudafed/Ephedrine and Matches to each beaker.

Ensure the power is set to 5.
4. Cooking (High Risk)
This stage has risk associated with it.

Monitor the temperature closely. If it nears 200°C, set the power down to 3.

Warning: There may be an explosion if your temperature hits or exceeds 200 degrees.
5. Temperature Management
Keep the temperature between 190°C - 199°C for the fastest cooking.
- If you are uncertain of your ability to manage this, keeping it between 185°C - 199°C is safer.

6. Adding Catalysts
Once the progress hits 50%, add Lye and Starch to each beaker.

Caution: The temperature rises much faster at this stage. Be extremely careful.

Keep managing the temperature as before. If you’re having trouble, don’t be afraid to let it go lower. It’s much better to complete it slightly slower than to have it blow up.
7. Solidifying
When complete, collect the contents and take off the cookers.

Place the Liquid Meth back on the table.

Wait for it to solidify/finish.

This stage has no risk; you can leave it to finish on its own.
8. Collect
Collect the final product when finished.

Profit & Summary
In total, this process should take anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes.
